Our established client is seeking to appoint a Director, Revenue Management to manage and oversee the operations. The Director, Revenue Management will be involved strategic leadership where the develop revenue opportunities and optimizing profitability across all revenue streams. The successful candidate will work with all sorts of teams including operations, sales and marketing to facilitate teams, align business goals and ensure fiscal integrity and performance.
***This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office three days per week minimum.
Responsibilities of the Director, Revenue Management include but are not limited to the following;
- Generate and present timely, accurate reports and strategic recommendations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals while fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth, pricing, and inventory management strategies
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;
- Minimum of 10 years experience related experience
- Proven track record in implementing process improvement
- Exceptional communication and adeptness in people management
