Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire Digital Marketing Specialist their team for an initial 12-month contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid, 1-2 days per week in office in Toronto.
The successful candidate will Contribute to the overall success of Email Marketing in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to enhance client relationships and leverage broader bank resources.
  • Execute and adhere to quality control procedures and work back schedules for all email campaigns.
  • Manage lead times with marketing and key stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of design and data points.
  • Assist in reporting and various data pulls to analyze campaign performance.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to batch and triggered email campaigns based on test results and key learnings.
  • Perform quality assurance on campaigns to ensure proper rendering and obtain creative and legal approval.
  • Report on email campaign performance using platforms like Responsys and Adobe Analytics.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as CASL, anti-spam laws, and privacy regulations.

Must Have Qualifications:

1+ year of prior Email Marketing experience.
Proficiency with an email marketing platform such as Responsys, Adobe Campaign, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Marketing accreditation or a 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Prior experience in the financial industry or banking.
Previous experience with HTML.
Proficiency in French and/or Spanish.
Experience with project management tools or platforms such as Workfront.
