Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Data Entry Clerk for a 6-month contract. The role is fully onsite in Scarborough.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management changes through established internal control mechanisms
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with bank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
  • Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day to day activities and decisions
  • Record, maintain and send employee paper files to third party vendor for storage facility
  • Respond to administrative inquiries related to record management and vendor solutions.
  • Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.

Must have skills:
  • 2-4 years experience with Data Entry
  • Intermediate experience with Excel
  • Prior administration experience.

Nice to have:
  • Prior project coordinating exposure an asset
  • Bilingual French/English an asset.
