The Consultant, Credit Card Analytics will provide analytical support for credit card acquisition and retention campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Data and Advanced Analytics (MDAA), the consultant will conduct deep-dive analyses, measure campaign effectiveness, and offer strategic insights to enhance business growth. The role involves working closely with Cards business partners, Marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Card Program Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of credit card acquisition and retention campaigns and their impact on cardholders and clients.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness using test vs. control and A/B testing methodologies.
- Client Behavior Analysis: Assess how marketing campaigns influence customer behavior and present key insights to senior management in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Consultative Role: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide analytical expertise and strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Support: Address ad-hoc requests from business partners and ensure data-driven solutions align with organizational goals.
- Effective Communication: Maintain timely and clear communication with team members and business partners.
- Time Management: Organize and present analytical findings in a structured and concise manner.
- Credit Card Industry Knowledge: Experience with credit card products, acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Business Analysis Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a business analysis or marketing analytics role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and SAS for data analysis and reporting.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar digital analytics tools.
