Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage client complaints, including onboarding, e-file creation, and communications; ensure timely handling and regulatory notifications
- Assess, analyze, and investigate complaints; provide recommendations and responses for resolution
- Prepare documentation for regulatory and legal proceedings
- Collaborate with support units, manage email inboxes, and maintain complaint logs
- Recommend policy and procedure improvements based on complaint and regulatory feedback
- 3+ years' of relevant experience working for a large financial institution
- Completion of securities courses such as Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
- Good knowledge of Canadian regulatory and industry trends
- Experience working within FI specifically Wealth Management or Canadian Banking
- Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset
