Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior Change Manager - People Change Management.

This role supports large-scale transformation initiatives across Personal & Business Banking, with a strong focus on end-user adoption, employee readiness, and people-centric change delivery. The position offers high visibility across frontline teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners, and plays a critical role in driving successful adoption across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end People Change Management (PCM) strategies and detailed tactical change plans to support adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Conduct comprehensive impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments to inform change strategies.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Business SMEs, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between change, business objectives, and delivery plans.
  • Lead and facilitate change engagement activities including town halls, focus groups, leadership updates, and frontline presentations.
  • Create and deliver high-quality change materials such as playbacks, communication content, toolkits, and executive presentations.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and employee readiness, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Support successful implementation across multiple concurrent initiatives (2-3+) within large, transformational programs.
  • Act as a primary conduit between project teams and frontline employees, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication.
Must-Have Skills
  • 10+ years of People Change Management experience, with a strong focus on end-user adoption (not project or technology management).
  • Proven experience developing PCM strategies and actionable tactical plans end to end.
  • Hands-on change execution experience, including facilitating sessions, presenting to senior leaders, and engaging frontline teams.
  • ProSci certification
  • Experience supporting large-scale, transformational programs within complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver change across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience within the financial services industry.
