Responsibilities Include:
- Engage in client consultations to shape technology adoption aligned with their goals and challenges.
- Lead sessions to analyze business processes and assist client teams in integrating technology-backed process enhancements.
- Uphold client satisfaction by liaising between business system teams and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Articulate business needs, streamline processes, and develop comprehensive user resources including guides and training materials.
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of experience as a Change Manager or Communications Specialist.
- 3+ years of experience in facilitation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset.
