Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Change Manager to their team for an initial 12 month contract with strong possibility for extension/ conversion to FTE. This role is currently hybrid with once a week in office on Tuesdays in Toronto.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Engage in client consultations to shape technology adoption aligned with their goals and challenges.
  • Lead sessions to analyze business processes and assist client teams in integrating technology-backed process enhancements.
  • Uphold client satisfaction by liaising between business system teams and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Articulate business needs, streamline processes, and develop comprehensive user resources including guides and training materials.
 
Qualifications Include:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Change Manager or Communications Specialist.
  • 3+ years of experience in facilitation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset.
