The main responsibilities include the following;
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership in driving change initiatives forward
- Conduct thorough assessments to gauge organizational readiness for change and evaluate the potential impact on various stakeholders, identifying potential barriers and mitigation strategies
- Develop tailored communication plans that effectively convey the rationale, objectives, and benefits of change initiatives to diverse audiences, utilizing various channels and mediums to maximize engagement and understanding
- Coordinate the design and delivery of targeted training programs and resources to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working, providing ongoing support as needed
- Establish key performance indicators and metrics to track the progress and success of change initiatives, regularly assessing outcomes against predefined objectives and adjusting as necessary to ensure desired results are achieved
- 3+ years experience in primary discipline (project management, change management or business analysis) in a consulting environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation)
- Excellent technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio)
- Experience in a large global consumer-oriented business in the retail industry and/or a multi-channel/multi-brand business
