Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Change Manager in their team for an initial 6-month contract. This role is twice a week in office in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Formulate comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to the implementation of Salesforce CRM across the Asset Management branch. Apply the ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) model and other tools to drive successful adoption of changes, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy CRM systems.
  • Conduct thorough impact analyses to assess the effects of the CRM implementation on various stakeholders. Identify key individuals and departments, fostering collaboration and addressing concerns to enhance change readiness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to increase adoption rates and proficiency levels among employees. Develop initiatives to boost utilization and ensure a positive experience for both employees and clients, contributing to the realization of project benefits and outcomes.
  • Provide input and document requirements for training programs related to the CRM implementation. Support the design and delivery of effective training initiatives, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills to maximize the CRM's potential.
  • Apply a structured change management process and tools to create a cohesive strategy for supporting the adoption of required changes. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally. Understand the perspectives of various stakeholders, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making to find optimal solutions for clients, employees, and shareholders in the context of the CRM evolution.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of people change management experience within financial institutions**
  • Developing strategy for people change management.
  • Experience working with ADKAR change management model.
  • Experience completing Impact assessments.
  • Experience completing Sustainment plans.
  • PROSCI Certification.
