Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to add a Change Manager to their team for an initial 12 months contract with a strong possibility of extension/conversion. This role is hybrid in Toronto.

o Participate in client business review sessions to influence decisions regarding use of technology to support objectives or address issues.
o Facilitate business process review sessions and help client groups to implement process changes supported by technology.
o Ensure client needs are being supported by business system teams, and monitor client satisfaction levels.
o Define business requirements, business processes, user guides and user training documentation.

Must Have Requirement:
- 3-4+ years in a BSA or a BSC role executing or leading projects and designing solutions
- Strong abilities around analyzing and understanding data, as well as gap analysis expertise
- Proficient with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and other Microsoft office applications
- Understanding of how to solve technology problems - no need for infosec background
- Consultation experience

Nice to Have:
- French Bilingual
- Application delivery process knowledge
- Business assessment experience would be nice
- Agile or Waterfall experience would be great
- Engineering background
- HR background
