Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada, is looking for a Change Manager for a 12-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Change Manager with a financial services background
As a Change Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:

Integrating the efforts of change management, training, customer experience, and front line delivery are all part of leading project work streams.
Applying a systematic change management approach and methodology to employee and customer changes
Creating a change management strategy based on a change assessment
Qualifications required for the Change Manager include:
- 5-7 years experience in dedicated Change Management. This will be a large scale business transformation project, affecting both employees and customers.
- Certification in Change Management methodology
- Familiarity with Project Management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
