Our client, a Top 5 Bank  in Canada is looking to hire a Change Manager to their team for an initial 6-month contract. This role is operating on a hybrid model with the office located in Toronto. 

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage people process, technology impacts of a work stream or a multiple work streams under Global Compliance Transformation program
  • Create and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize business and employee adoption and usage of the changes
  • Following the change management discipline to ensure all people impacts are managed for the work stream that they manage
  • Candidate will have the opportunity to deal with Change at the Program level and Workstream level
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years Change Management Experience in a Financial Institution - must have comprehensive knowledge of change management principles and practices
  • 8+ years project transformation experience
  • 3-5 Years Microsoft Suite Product knowledge - including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in Spanish/French-Nice to Have
  • PMP certification-Nice to Have
