We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives focused on data, records, and technology modernization. This contract runs until October 31, 2026, with a strong possibility of extension, and follows a hybrid work model (1 day onsite per week plus every fourth Friday).

This role involves leading people change management workstreams, driving adoption of new tools and processes, and supporting enterprise-wide transitions, including migration to cloud-based data services and enhancement of internal tools. The ideal candidate brings strong change management expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working within data and technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:
o             Lead People Change Management (PCM) activities across multiple transformation initiatives
o             Assess change impacts and define change strategies, plans, and workstreams
o             Support enterprise transition from on-premises to cloud-based data services
o             Contribute to enhancements of internal tools (e.g., JIRA-based intake platforms)
o             Develop and execute communication strategies, including presentations, FAQs, articles, and multimedia content
o             Collaborate with project teams, training teams, and stakeholders to align change, communication, and training plans
o             Build strong relationships across business units and facilitate stakeholder engagement
o             Drive adoption, user readiness, and behavioural change to support successful transformation outcomes

Must-Have Requirements
o             5+ years of experience in Change Management / Consulting roles
o             Experience supporting data, records, or technology-driven initiatives
o             Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
o             Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
o             Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly content
o             Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Nice-to-Have Skills
o             Experience within financial services / large enterprise environments
o             French language skills (for bilingual communication support)
