Salary Mid-Point: $240,000

Responsibilities of the CFO
- Lead financial strategy, performance management, and operational finance across a multi-office organization
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on profitability, financial performance, and long-range planning
- Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial planning
- Deliver clear, executive-level financial reporting and insights to support decision-making
- Oversee key performance drivers including utilization, realization, collections, and margin improvement
- Identify revenue variances and implement strategies to strengthen margins while remaining market-competitive
- Support strategic growth initiatives, including geographic expansion and lateral partner integration
- Provide oversight of accounting, cash flow, internal controls, and financial governance
- Lead and develop the finance organization, building scalable processes and a culture of accountability
Requirements of the Controller
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or finance with an MBA preferred
- CPA highly desirable
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- The ideal candidate brings prior professional services experience, strong executive presence, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable guidance
- Hands-on, collaborative, and solutions-focused leadership style
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
