Salary Mid-Point: $215,000

IFG Pittsburgh is actively recruiting a CFO to lead all financial operations, including month-, quarter-, and year-end close, financial and management reporting, cash flow management, strategic planning (budgeting, forecasting, and modeling), and audit oversight. The CFO will also drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

Responsibilities of the CFO
  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting function, including team leadership and departmental strategy
  • Oversee preparation of all financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory reports
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; adjust projections as needed
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth
  • Partner with the President and executive team on strategic planning and prioritization
  • Oversee capital planning, investments, and fundraising to support expansion and maximize returns

Requirements of the CFO
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • MBA and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
  • Minimum of Eight (8) years of experience in financial management and leadership required.
  • Strong evidence of working in a leadership role.
  • Solid GAAP and financial reporting technical skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare accurate, timely financial reports and maintain detailed records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience using ERP/database accounting systems.
