Our client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire Business Consultant - Senior for their team with a contract for 9 Months with potential extension. Hybrid - Thursday Core Day & every fourth Friday in Toronto Office.

Job Description:
  • Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and mitigating risks.
  • Manage contract amendments, renewals, and performance monitoring to maintain optimal supplier relationships.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with SMEs and management teams to facilitate seamless procurement processes.
  • Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization within assigned categories.
  • Stay informed on market trends to recommend innovative procurement solutions.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support audits and governance programs.

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Technical writing
  • Risk management experience
  • Minimum 5 years, preference 7+ Years of related experience.
