Job responsibilities
- Participate in projects as a Subject Matter Expert, providing input into the development and implementation of programs designed to improve end-to-end processes or technology.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to incorporate business process improvement and change management best practices into daily activities.
- Establish strategic partnerships with Front-line, Risk, Product, and other business partners.
- Research opportunities to deliver an improved sales customer experience and actively participate in channel strategy and roadmap development and execution.
- Monitor the performance of processes/services to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and profitability.
Must have Qualifications.
- Degree/diploma in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Accounting with minimum 3 years of experience with Process Improvement Methodologies.
- Experience in technology and business process troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation strategies and their implications for customer and employee experience and profitability.
- Familiarity with approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Nice to have Qualifications
- Banking experience, particularly within Retail Banking, is a strong nice-to-have.
- Consulting background is a strong nice-to-have.
- Experience in Change Management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Six-Sigma experience.
- Sound knowledge of retail and business banking.
- Experience with Visio process mapping.
