Business Consultant

Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Consultant in their team for an initial 6 months contract. This role is hybrid in nature with office located in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct risk assessments of third-party vendors using Coupa risk assess tools and other relevant methodologies.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and control groups to ensure alignment of third-party activities with organizational objectives and risk tolerance.
• Monitor and evaluate third-party performance against contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships, including vendor due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on third-party governance activities and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in third-party governance, risk management, or related field.
• Familiarity with Coupa Core and other relevant software applications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with project timelines and deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to third-party governance and risk management
