Our client, a leading organization focused on Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement and operational excellence, is seeking a Business Consultant - Business Discovery & Optimization. This role will drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging business analysis, process engineering, and data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and client/employee experience. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing future-state processes, and supporting transformation initiatives across the organization. This is a 6 Months contract role with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities- Identify opportunities within operational processes and deliver actionable insights to improve client and frontline experience
- Develop current and future state process maps (high-level and detailed) to support process optimization initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration sessions (e.g., workshops, brainstorming) using virtual tools
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering using Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft O365 Suite
- 2+ years of experience with collaboration tools such as FigJam or Mural
- Strong ability to translate high-level concepts into detailed process maps
- Experience designing future state processes based on solution ideation
- Solid understanding of tools and techniques for identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational/process issues
- Experience in financial services or banking environments (call centers, back office, or branch operations)
- Knowledge of change management principles and people impact strategies
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
