Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitate the gathering of information related to data dictionary.
- Collaborate with project teams (BAs/Technology) to determine missing information and address inquiries.
- Conduct research through historical documents to address questions and provide insights.
- Meet with Subject Matter Experts/Product Owners to gather information and address inquiries.
- Document findings and enter them into the data dictionary.
- Review entries with Data Owners to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst role leading projects and developing business requirement documents.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to elicit requirements from multiple stakeholders and write comprehensive documentation.
- Previous experience analyzing and understanding data, as well as expertise in conducting gap analysis.
- Proficiency with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in stakeholder management.
- Prior commercial banking experience.
