Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of GWO CCS project requirements, prioritizing tasks to meet project timelines effectively.
- Spearhead the development of solutions, conducting thorough business analysis, documentation, and comprehensive training sessions to ensure successful integration of loan system enhancements.
- Review and validate client contracts, meticulously analyzing credit agreements, commitment letters, and banking agreements to ensure accuracy in language regarding replacement rates for BRR, with a keen eye on detail and compliance standards.
- Maintain meticulous tracking documents related to client contract remediation, utilizing specialty systems and effective communication strategies to ensure timely reporting and adherence to project timelines.
- Craft clear and concise operational procedures, utilizing flow diagrams and process descriptions to document changes accurately and comprehensively, fostering a culture of operational excellence and compliance within the team.
- Develop and maintain training materials, reference guides, and workflow charts, empowering team members with the necessary resources to execute tasks efficiently and effectively, while also ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- 5-7 years of experience as Business Analyst.
- Prior experience with Credit Agreements.
- Prior Experience with LoanIQ.
- Hands on experience with servicing corporate loans operations.
- Solid working knowledge with MS Suite - Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
- Prior loan operation and credit agreement experience.
