Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) within business processes to comprehensively identify, document, and meticulously outline existing processes.
- Take charge of preparing, updating, and curating an action log that precisely tracks the progress and delivery schedule for the assigned portfolio of tasks and projects.
- Provide regular and transparent project updates to senior management and the program manager, ensuring effective communication of project status and promptly escalating any potential concerns or roadblocks.
- Engage in proactive problem-solving and decision-making, seeking opportunities to optimize processes and enhance the overall efficiency of Compliance programs.
- 10+ years experience with requirements gathering and design methodology and building test cases.
- Knowledge of Compliance standards and best practices, with use of analysis tools for monitoring.
- 8+ years experience with data management and governance.
- 8+ years of experience with project management, able to drive initiatives from planning through execution.
- Background in Trade Reporting, Regulatory Reporting.
- Experience working in a Capital Markets Operations Environment.
- Experience working with Data or within a Data remediation-oriented project.
- Ability to convert compliance and regulatory language into actionable delivery tasks for Operations.
- Financial industry experience
