Our client, a financial institution, is seeking to add a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their team remotely for a 9 month contract. The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant collaborates with various business sectors and functional domains to offer strategic recruitment solutions, aiming to optimize the company's hiring initiatives for enhanced visibility and the acquisition of top-tier talent throughout the organization.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate with management to proactively identify talent for key skill areas and establish a talent pipeline for our Contact Center.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including both passive and active candidates.
  • Provide guidance to managers on the recruitment process, interview methods, and selection criteria.
  • Keep abreast of recruitment trends in the investment sector by fostering and enriching a network of industry contacts, engaging in industry events, and joining professional associations.
  • Promote our services internally to employees and managers, highlighting our value proposition and expertise.
  • Lead the candidate selection process and ensure managers are equipped with the necessary tools to choose the most suitable candidate.
  • Manage and/or contribute to projects as required.
 
Must Have Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with internal and external English-speaking clients or employees outside Quebec.
  • Ideal candidates for this role will have 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with utilizing alternative sourcing techniques, particularly leveraging social media platforms and networking tools.
  • Proven track record of adopting a consultative approach with both internal and external stakeholders, offering tailored business solutions.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to an environment with multiple and evolving priorities seamlessly.
