Our client, a financial institution, is looking to hire a Bilingual Deal Specialist on a 6- month contract with strong possibility to extend or convert to FTE. This position is hybrid with 1 day in office in Toronto.

Responsibilities include:
  • Handle administrative tasks to ensure unit operations run smoothly, including document scanning and filing
  • Execute routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, and queries within defined service level agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure funding, resolve errors, and handle ad-hoc requests
  • Utilize Loan IQ and other systems to manage and resolve tickets from internal stakeholders
  • Participate in deal closing events to verify compliance with funding requirements and conditions
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience including a post-secondary degree in related field of study
  • Bilingual in French and English is a must
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Prior experience with Loan IQ
  • Commercial banking experience is considered an asset
