Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Professional IV for a 6-month position, located in Halivax. This is an excellent opportunity for Bilingual Customer Service Professional IV with a financial services background
As a Bilingual Customer Service Professional IV your duties will include but not be limited to:

Managing complex transactions and transactions that are not in good order (NIGO) for new business and active deposit accounts while observing the established accuracy, productivity, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Responding to inquiries from various areas within the company including advisors, back office, and client interaction for NIGO requirements and managing the relationships through communication and responses to advisors.

Following set guidelines and ensuring enhanced due diligence is applied.

Coaching managers on the recruiting process, interview techniques and selection criteria.
Qualifications required for the Bilingual Customer Service Professional IV include:
- Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) in both French and English
- Strong time management and problem solving skills
- Capacity for maintaining relationships while putting professionalism first
