Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for an Analyst for a 6-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for an Analyst with a financial services background.
As an Analyst your duties will include but not be limited to:

Conducting sanctions assessments of customers and transactions and preparing accurate summaries as requested
-
Monitoring and reviewing sanctions laws and regulations and communicating any changes to maintain currency of awareness of requirements

Supporting monthly sanctions team training
Qualifications required for the Analyst include:
-
6-months’ in sanctions compliance or sanctions related experience

Understanding and knowledge of sanction laws and regulations, bank structure and bank products and services

Degree in law or a related field and sanctions-related certifications an asset
