Our client, a large energy provider in Canada, is looking to hire Commercial Transactions Analyst - Accounts Receivable for an initial 6-month contract in Calgary.
As a Commercial Transactions Analyst will be responsible for: 
 
  • Maintenance of CRP Accounts Receivable Accounts
  • Ensure CRP customer accounts are kept current
  • Ensure that cash receipts and credits are applied to invoices on a timely basis
  • Investigate and resolve issues identified with customer accounts and input journal entries as required
  • Prepare and maintain accounting flows and documentation from start to completion for the CRP Accounts Receivable process
  • Resolving or escalating discrepancies as needed
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable/Transactions analyst role (Oil & gas experience preferred)
  • University/College degree
  • Experience with SAP or SMS
  • Excellent oral and written communications, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and other computer skills
