Finance Manager - Sales

A very established public CPG company in the Mississauga area is looking for a Finance Manger - Sales to lead the revenue and margin growth for the sales group.  As the Finance Manger - Sales, you will work with the executive team and local finance partners leading the month end, forecast and annual planning cycles.   

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager - Sales include the following; 

• Drive insights to grow the sales and Ecommerce P/L management by understanding/leveraging the drives of Gross to Net and Cost to serve items 
• Leading the Trade process including analysis on the variances  
• Financial lead to move the needle on both revenue and margin by making sure the analysis and insights with customers and channels are done timely

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; 

• CPA OR MBA with experience in the CPG industry
• At least 5 years experience of progressive FP&A roles
• Excellent communication and dealing with senior level executives
• Experience managing a small team
