Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire Project Manager to their team for an initial 12 months of contract with a possibility of extension. This role is currently hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office in Toronto. Candidate will be working on International Student banking and Pre arrival Partnerships space outside of Canada

Responsibilities Include:
-Build trust with public/private organizations and internal partners for group banking priorities.
-Evaluate competitor programs for positioning, pricing, strengths, and weaknesses.
-Encourage innovation in group banking programs.
-Align processes, policies, and infrastructure for enhanced customer experience and regulatory -compliance.
-Drive initiatives for group banking customer base growth through various channels
-Support Program Director in engaging Sales and Distribution teams for branch acquisition metrics.
-Collaborate with Marketing and Digital Sales teams for bmo.com content and digital acquisition metrics.
-Monitor customer acquisition, share of wallet KPIs, and trends; share results with business partners.


Must Have Qualifications:
-Expert relationship management
-Product management/ strategy expertise
-Sales and results oriented approach
-Good understanding of digital first marketing approach
