Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst to their team for an initial 6-month contract. This role is hybrid with 2 days in office.

In this project, you will be working on a regulatory/privacy project and playing a crucial role in supporting the development of high-level Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and technology teams.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate with technology teams to define detailed requirements for each system.
  • Assist in the development of high-level Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and interpret system requirements.
  • Utilize strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills for documentation and presentation purposes.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience collaborating with technology teams.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Previous experience in system requirement documentation and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and supporting their development.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Canadian/US banking experience.
