Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Program Manager to their team for an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension and conversion. This role is currently hybrid, 2 days per week in Toronto.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of transformative programs and projects within the Wealth Management sector. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Wealth transformation initiatives while upholding strong program management governance but not limited to:
- Develop a clear strategic vision for Wealth Transformation programs and projects, aligning them with the broader goals of the International Wealth Management division.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term strategies and roadmaps for Wealth Management transformation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure their involvement and commitment to transformation efforts.
- Act as a liaison between the Wealth Transformation team and other relevant business units to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation programs, ensuring that they adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Implement risk management strategies and procedures to safeguard the successful execution of initiatives.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to support the execution of Wealth Transformation programs.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize program outcomes and ROI.
- 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager
- 3-5+ years' demonstrated experience delivering Wealth Transformation Programs
- Bilingual in Spanish (written + verbal)
