Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract position with a strong chance of extension.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Creating and writing new Supplier agreement Service Descriptions, deliverables, service levels and procedural documentation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders through interviews, and reviewing existing material to create standardized procedural documentation
  • Updating existing documentation
  • Conducting peer quality reviews
  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of team technical writing standards to ensure best in class procedural documentation is in place
  • Crafting and delivering clear and concise supplier agreement service descriptions

Qualifications:

  • 4 years in a business analyst/technical writer role
  • A solid understanding of business dynamics and contractual terms
  • MS Office Suite
  • Judgement and autonomy
  • 2+ years in a vendor management, procurement, contract management role or equivalent (preferred)
  • FI experience (preferred)
  • Experience writing SLA's, KPI's, Service Descriptions or significant back office Business Process Outsourcing (preferred)
