Senior Corporate Controller

Salary: $140K - $170K + 20% Bonus

We have recently partnered with an organization in the Mississauga area as they are looking to hire a Senior Corporate Controller.  In this role, the successful candidate will report to the CFO and play an instrumental part in leading the day to day operations and overseeing the financial and accounting matters for the organization.  This company is currently set up where the Controller will be required to be in office 4 days a week.  

Responsibilities of the Controller include but are not limited to the following;

• Full cycle month end close process including preparing journal entries, accruals and reconciliations
• Oversee Balance sheet, income statement and P&L analysis function
• Leading a small team of 5+ direct reports
• Exercise an eye of continuous process improvement

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;

• Must have a CPA with at least 10 years' experience in manufacturing, installations or construction
• Large ERP implementation experience is strongly preferred 
• Advanced MS Excel skills
