IFG Pittsburgh is actively recruiting a Manager of Revenue Cycle to oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, denial management, and associated financial reporting. This role will also be the primary liaison for EHR vendor, funders/payers, program staff, and internal teams to ensure seamless revenue operations and the expansion of EHR system capabilities.

Responsibilities of the Manager of Revenue Cycle
  • Oversee revenue cycle management operations, including billing, collections, denial management, and financial reporting.
  • Serve as the main Finance Department contact for the EHR vendor and funders/payers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with program staff to expand and optimize the use of the EHR system.
  • Monitor and improve billing processes across multiple entities with varying payment and billing functions (e.g., HUD, YPC, ODP Funds).
  • Analyze revenue cycle data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and financial performance.
  • Lead a team in managing day-to-day revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver regular financial reports to leadership, providing insights into revenue trends and opportunities.

Requirements of the Manager of Revenue Cycle
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in revenue cycle management, including billing, collections, and denial management
  • Expertise in using Evolve EHR is highly preferred; experience with other EHR systems is a strong second
  • Familiarity with billing processes for multiple entities and funding streams, such as HUD, YPC, and ODP Funds
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
