Our client is a very successful professional services company, and they are looking to hire a Finance Administrator on a full-time basis.  Please note, this is an in office five [5] days per week. 

As the Finance Administrator, you will report to the Manager, Finance and be the primary doer for preparing financial statements and recording of transactions.  You will be responsible for General Ledger maintenance/management which includes journals, reconciliations, audit support and processing of payments.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;
  • 2 years hands-on relevant accounting experience
  • Ability to get into the office 5 days per week
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Good communication skills
