Our esteemed client, a prominent technology corporation, seeks to appoint a Director of Finance, Operations to manage and oversee the financial operations.  This will include Credit & Collections, Billing, Accounts Payable and Treasury.   

The Director of Finance, Operations will manage the ended to end Accounts Receivable process including creation of complicated invoices and their revenue recognition, collections and cash applications.  In addition, this role will create comprehensive reporting structures for AR, devising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize AR, and cash collection, and innovating strategies to enhance the Cash Collection process.  You will operate at both strategic and operational (hands on) levels, collaborating closely with the team and senior management.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office two days per week.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;

  • CPA (CPA, CA preferred) 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience (progressive) with sometime spent in public accounting 
  • Proven track record in implementing reporting frameworks within AR, Collections, and Cash applications settings
  • Adaptable to dynamic, evolving environments with a focus on growth and change management
  • Exceptional communication and adeptness in people management
