***This role is 3-5 days a week in office
The key responsibilities in this role include the following;
- Provide administrative support to the team and manage department workflows
- Oversee client files, returns, and document tracking
- Set up, maintain, and e-file documents in relevant software
- Prepare, format, and assemble financial and tax documents for review
- Draft and edit client correspondence, including engagement letters
- Handle general administrative tasks, including document intake, mail, and scheduling
- Support other administrative team members as needed, including reception coverage
- Diploma or Degree
- Experience in a professional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work discreetly with client information
- Reception experience and access to transportation are assets
