Our client is looking to add an Accounts Payable Consultant to their team for an initial 6 month contract. In this role the successful candidate will be analyzing Accounts Payable processes, collections, vendor agreements and discount structures looking for ways to improve margin and tighten processes. In addition, they will size the incremental revenue opportunity to establish a budget for any proposed changes. This role requires someone with a strong background in accounts payable and previous experience with one or more of the major North American cloud vendors (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure), preferably in a tiered resell environment.

***This role can be located anywhere in Canada and is fully remote.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; 
  • 7+ years in Accounts Payable
  • Experience with North American Cloud Vendors - Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
  • Experience working on clean up or process improvement projects within Accounts Payable
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
