Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Procurement Contact Centre Analyst for an initial 6-month contract. This role is hybrid with 2 days a week in office in Toronto.
- Receiving and actioning requests from ServiceNow to make changes to process
- Perform and complete system tasks as needed.
- Supplemental help to other team accountabilities as required
- MS Office knowledge (including Excel)
- Technical aptitude (comfort in working with applications and platforms and able to understand how they work)
- Desire to learn/fast learner
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Customer service/support experience
- FI experience
- Coupa experience
