As the Senior Director Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the HR function including payroll. You will report directly to the Divisional President and provide strategic leadership, guidance, and support to our HR team while collaborating with other senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who is passionate about driving positive organizational change and fostering a high-performance culture.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Human Resources, General Business, Business Administration, or a related field.  A Master's degree or equivalent professional certifications [CHRP, etc.] preferred
  • Deep experience in progressively senior HR roles [ 10 + years ]
  • Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success
  • A role where payroll reported to HR
