Job Type: Contract
- Collaborates in root-cause analysis to determine underlying causes and participates in problem resolution.
- Provides analytical support and insights to identified / assigned user areas to support relative product, channel, and business development initiatives.
- Take part in problem-solving for complex difficulties at all levels and ensuring that root-cause analysis are performed to discover underlying issues.
- Facilitates recovery teams and handles escalations related to disruptions or major nuisances.
- Must have Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle.
- Must have understanding of techniques associated with data modeling, process modeling, and user-centered design within the context of the organizational standards.
- Experience with software development processes, ideas, and technologies.
- Nice to have Former banking / FI experience.
