Position Summary
The Commercial Finance Manager will have unique visibility across the company and high levels of exposure to company leadership.  You will report directly to the CFO and support CCO/GM in preparing critical financial data and recommendations that enable strategic decision-making at the top of the organization. The role will involve process design, data management and analysis, as well as reporting with insight.  You will be responsible for process improvements within these areas as well as regularly designing and developing solutions to ad-hoc business developments and requests from executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monthly reporting to support Sales Management
  • Working effectively as a Finance Business Partner with the business managers, extracting financial information from non-finance to help improve cost analysis and budget spend
  • Assist team in pricing analytics/ support customer pricing model process
  • Assist with product commercialization, pricing, and other special projects as needed
  • Preparation and review of customer/SKU P&Ls
  • Assist controller with calculations of accruals for the month end close process
  • Provide analysis and performance management of key business initiatives
  • Drive initiatives to improve profitability
  • Support annual budget process and rolling forecasts
  • Support Operations organization - analysis of capital investments, operational efficiency, etc.
Requirements and Preferences
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (required)
  • MBA (preferred)
  • 5 or more years of Finance/business experience (required)
  • Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills (required)
  • Strong Excel skills including financial modeling (required)
  • Experience with NAV/Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (preferred)
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead informal teams
  • Proven ability to deliver strong results and manage tight deadlines
  • Self-starter
  • Must travel up to 10-15% annually
