About the Position:
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant with a service-minded work ethic to support our corporate Payroll team. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of payroll tasks, provide service support to business units, and participate in related projects. Reporting directly to the Payroll Director at the corporate office, this is a highly visible and essential role within the organization.

What You'll Do:
- Process corporate payroll timely and accurately, including special payroll runs
- Verify all tax withholdings are accurate and payroll tax returns are filed timely
- Stay current with federal and state payroll legislation and regulations
- Serve as a liaison between ADP and Workday data bridge process
- Serve as the subject matter expert and lead on all ADP payroll configurations
- Serve as the point of contact to support business units
- Direct and support the activities of operating company payroll activities
- Assist with the integration of payroll for newly acquired companies
- Process and post all payroll journal entries for month end close & financial reporting
- Quarterly payroll account reconciliations & analysis
- Special projects and process automation at the direction of the Payroll Director
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-7 years minimum of progressive payroll experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now and Workday, preferably in a multi-location environment
- ADP custom reporting and Smart Compliance experience a plus
- American Payroll Association CPP certification a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office user
- Passion for payroll, collaboration, learning, process improvements, and technology
- Enthusiasm for teaching and helping others
- A "roll up your sleeves" attitude and willingness to do the day-to-day work
