We specialize in the CFO's organization, so accounting and finance related recruiting experience is preferred.

Our team is comprised of great human beings working together to match our clients' needs with the best solution through four verticals: Advisory, Direct Hire, Staff Augmentation, VSM staffing.

Our candidates love our personal touch and no pressure approach to their individual search criteria.

The IFG headquarters is located downtown, however, we are in the office only occasionally to keep our team bond (although several teammates chose to work together in the office frequently).
