Senior Accountant

Salary: $80K - $90K

Are you looking for a career change? Our client, a top multinational leader in the natural resource sector, is looking to hire a Senior Accountant to support the finance team by conducting financial reporting as well as providing guidance and financial insights through financial analysis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is looking for a self-motivated individual with experience in daily accounting as well as FP&A. 

The responsibilities include the following but are not limited to;

• Conducting in depth variance analysis and explaining results 
• Preparing month end reports, annual budgets and tax packages 
• Multi-site consolidations and ad hoc reporting 

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;

• University degree in finance or accounting
• CPA designation
• Very strong communication and attention to detail
