Our client, a large retailer, is looking to add to a Senior Business Analyst to technology team. This will be a 1 year contract.  In this role the successful Senior Business Analyst will lead ongoing reviews of business process and develop optimization strategies.  This includes business process evaluations, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing/implementing solutions.  In addition, you will work with many teams and departments.   

This is a hybrid role with two days working in office.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; 
  • 3+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst 
  • Strong IT and coding background. Able to query large data sets using SQL and MS Excel
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience with data modelling is a very big asset
