We are actively recruiting a Financial Reporting Assistant responsible for assisting the reporting and pricing groups. This position will prepare and maintain various Excel Spreadsheets related to month-end statistical reporting including billable hours and realization/effective rates.

Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Assistant

  • Prepare and maintain various Excel spreadsheets related to month end statistical reporting.
  • Gather, organize and verify data essential for monthly statistical reports, special projects and business evaluations.
  • Create ad hoc reports, using Excel database.
  • Assist the Pricing department.
  • Develop summaries and reports of findings from data collected for special projects and business evaluations.
  • Support system upgrades and conversions by coordinating testing of changes, preparing user manuals and responding to questions.
  • Work closely with the Human Resource and Billing department to ensure timekeeper data.

Requirements of the Financial Reporting Assistant

  • Bachelor's Degree. Accounting or Finance degree a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounting/Reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables.
  • Ability to perform at a high level of effectiveness, in a fast paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Team player with the ability to work overtime as required.
