Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a HR Generalist for a 12-month contract located in Laval. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist with a financial services background. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement.
As a HR Generalist your duties will include but not be limited to:
Advising management on organizational policy matters, including equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
Planning and facilitating new hire orientation
Supporting management and employees by helping to resolve work-related problems, handling questions, and administering contracts
Qualifications required for the HR Generalist include:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
5-7 years related work experience
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
