Job Title: Treasury Analyst (new position from growth of company)
Job Location: North Chicago suburbs (hybrid currently 3 days in office per month)

Job Summary
Newly created position reports to the Treasury Manager and will be key member on the Treasury and Cash Management team. Primary responsibilities are the day-to-day cash management activities, such as running daily bank reporting, preparing EFT payments, analyzing account analysis statements to identify cost-saving measures, monitoring bank account balances, and initiating account transfers. This position will garner valuable experience by interacting with and supporting other finance areas such as tax and FP&A. Interacts and coordinates with the manufacturing plants, IT and other corporate departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day Cash Management activities
- Perform day-to-day Finance activities
- Assist in updating and management of Treasury Policies and Procedures
- Assist as secondary system admin on all banking portals
- Assist on annual FBAR reporting
- Generating AR/AP reports and analyzing the cash implications
- Assist with pulling data for annual KYC audits
- Monitoring bank accounts for suspicious activity
- Analyzing bank fees and identifying cost saving measures
- Assist as secondary admin on Corporate credit card portal
- Partners with Center of Excellence in solving and continuously improving use of SAP system
- Preparing EFT Payments
- Preparing and tracking Interest and principal payments on our loan agreements
- Ad hoc reporting
- Analyzing and monitoring customer credit limits
- Releasing credit blocks on customer orders
Job Requirements
- 5-10+ years of applicable international Treasury experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Detail oriented
- Ability to think and work independently; self-motivated problem solver
- Ability to work in environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Good organization, analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong ability to work as a team
Job Preferences
- Worked in manufacturing industry and/or corporate environment
- Understanding of basic accounting
- SAP experience
