Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Payroll Coordinator III to fill a 12-month contract located in Waterloo. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll coordinator with a financial background.
As a Payroll Coordinator III your duties will include but not be limited to:

Calculating and processing payroll transactions including regular pay, incentive payments, one-time payments, termination pay, leave payments and recovery and voluntary deductions

Completing semi-monthly timesheet processing and adjustments

Resolving and responding to escalated payroll enquiries
Qualifications required for Payroll Coordinator III include:

CPA or APA certification or working towards certification

Knowledge of payroll processing, tax principles, wage and hours legislation
